Roasted Buckwheat "Groats" for breakfast takes me back to childhood (1940's), Rugged texture, great taste... fantastic with butter, blueberries, (real) maple and sprinkle of nutmeg. I think she just bought it off the shelf at local IGA but now apparently now only available online. Good breakfast rotation alternative to steel cut oats.
