Shows current status but no timestamps for faults

I have been using this display for several years now. It feels cheap and the display is poor but it shows accurate line voltage and current, etc. on one page which is great. The three buttons are a bit of a mystery. I'm not sure what they do and the manual doesn't explain it. I like having a dedicated device to look at as it's quicker than grabbing your phone, pulling up the app and connecting bluetooth. If the hand held display would show timestamps for the faults, I'd be happy. But it doesn't and I'm not holding onto the hope that they will. I just downloaded the app and got it to connect, but it doesn't give me any info and just says the RV is not powered. Looks like the app has been that way for some time now.

Will not work

I purchased this monitor about a month ago and finally got around to connecting it up to my Southwire 34931 Surge Guard. It will not connect to the surge guard unit. I know the surge guard unit is sending a Bluetooth signal as the app on my phone will connect with no problem. The surge Guard unit was purchased in January 2026. Looks like I wasted my money as I can't take it back since it has been so long. Very disappointed!
