The quality of this vitamin C is very good and the huge flask with so many tablets saves me so much money. I recommend this to all my friends and colleagues! If you're going to do vitamin C do 1000 mg!
This is in tablet form, medium size and not too big to swallow. I was looking for a vitamin C without the capsule and I really appreciate this one! If you're going to do vitamin C make sure you get a strong enough, like this one! Ingredients are vegan/vegetarian and pharmaceutically grade, which I also appreciate.
