1000 mg vitamin C at 100 capsules. It's a great deal wouldn't you agree. And the reason I'm taking vitamin C is because I am currently on the carnivore diet and I'm not having anything like I normally would like fresh lemon juice in the morning so this vitamin C really helps me and gives me a boost my immune system while I'm on the carnivore
