Not for Women; shorts are way too small

Do not order. Unless you are buying this for toddler/little girl. The shorts are exactly the material and style I was looking for. But HUGE problem - does not fit women. The item is not sized for women. They are way too small. I am trying to return the ones I purchased but so far they only want to return 30% of my purchase and for me to keep the item. Then they offer for me a 60% refund and to keep item. The price for the return label is basically the same price as the shorts. So I'm going with the 60% and donating them.
