Verified Purchase

I bought 4 tires for my truck. When they arrived I realized they sent the wrong size. The customer service representative said the size on the app is different than the size in their system. Reading the other review after the fact, if they had this issue before why wasn't their system updated and the correct tires be sold to me? Poor experience. Buyer Beware!!!

Never Again. Amazon from now on!!!!!

They sent the wrong tires. Said it was listed wrong on the website but my cousin ordered the same tire 2 months prior. Then they are still holding my money for their mistake. I got a lot apologies but no refund at all. Ok will never order from them again. I can understand a mistake,but to just hold up my refund. Never again.
