Taken for 10+ years

Years ago I was experiencing a lot of pain whenever I had an ejaculation. I heard that Saw Palmetto might help. I took this product for several months, and didn't see any change. After reading Consumers Report where people said they didn't see any improvement until they had taken the product for 3 months or longer, I decided to take it again for a longer time. After a longer time, I did see a dramatic improvement. Urine flow has never had a great improvement, but at least when I have an ejaculation, I do not have any pain. One time I thought I would try to save money, and I bought a much less expensive bottle of Saw Palmetto. In a few weeks my testicles hurt so bad I could not even sit up straight. I was in a lot of pain. I went to the doctor, thinking I had some kind of cancer, but there was nothing. The only thing I could relate it to was the change in Saw Palmetto. I bought the more expensive GNC brand and the testicle pain went away. I have been taking this product for more than ten years and I highly recommend it. If anyone has an idea for improving urine flow, I would be very interested. [And please don't exaggerate. I mean a real improvement.]

Great product

I like taking saw palmetto extract, because of the health benefits it promotes for the prostate. Thankfully I have not had any problems with my prostate and I would like to keep it that way. I think of supplements as a way to fight back against unhealthy effects due to lifestyle and aging. After taking this product for two years, I feel that I am doing what I can to stay healthy and youthful.

Just Turned 50 And Feeling Fine

I started taking these SP suppliments one pill with every meal as part of my daily suppliment routine. I started when I was 48 and in good shape, but I noticed a slight decrease in flow and started having to get up in the middle of the night to go. Having had a recent psa test I knew that I was okay, but I was starting to age and wanted to be proactive before anything serious started happening. So I started taking one of these with each meal and within a week I noticed better flow and stopped getting up in the middle of the night to go. Amazing stuff! So two years later here I am still sleeping through the night except when I have too much caffeine or worry about life like everyone does, but the main point is these really have helped with my flow and sleeping habits a lot. I feel fine and everything is working just like it did when I was in my 20's and 30's. Can't say this will cure your nightly trips to the bathroom or increase your flow, because everyone is different. However, it's been good to me and I'll keep taking it until my doctor says otherwise or I notice things "amiss". If you worry about these things then I'd suggest giving them a try for a month and see how it helps you. Take as suggested and see if it works. For me once pill with each meal does the trick. Good stuff and happy results!
