This outstanding single origin green coffee is versatile and can be roasted to a medium to dark roast level while still creating a flavorful and balanced cup with moderate acidity.
Coffee was first introduced to Mexico at the end of the 18th century. Chiapas became one of the first major coffee growing regions when it was discovered that production could be done for much less in this area. Our Mexican Chiapas coffee is organically grown in the mountainous state of Chiapas, producing an amazingly flavorful coffee with no chemicals ever used in cultivation or processing.

My Favorite, by far!
This is by far my favorite variety offered by FRC. Having been to Chiapas, Mexico and had the coffee made by locals there, I was very excited to find this available for purchase. It roasts very evenly and the beans have always been of superb quality. Will definitely be purchasing more of this!
