Dr fish Hercules II Bait feeder: Casts smooth %26 far with 15lb braid, 7-10ft of 25lb Mono on a Medium - Moderate Strength, Fast action 7ft spinning rod. QAULITY. Solid %26 Strong, the 4000 pulls Large Twin blade Spinners, Chatter baits %26 large Crank baits Well. Gets a bit (not bad) heavy on a long day. Got a 3000 also. Wish they had a faster gear option. The Bait feeder is smooth, works well. Set it %26 forget it. When a fish is on you can hear the drag pull. I add a bell to hear bites even better. Cuts off when you crank. Regular drag a tiny bit catchy adjust carefully %26 it's smooth enough. A Big cat broke the leader off my braid @ the knot. I'm Value oriented, like things that work. Not into Brand %26 Prestige. These Reels do most Very Well, and all well enough. I like'em, use'em, enjoy'em!!! I strive for Rod Reel < $125. These allow more for a rod. ;)

Okay, Now we are in A subject that I am well versed, I hate people who Brag🙄 But I have to say I have A 50 Ton , USCG Captains License and I have had A Charter license since 1982 and OffShore Fishing was my life for A very long time, I will not mention the King of OffShore Reels ( actually there are (2) And they are very Expensive $$$$$ , I can remember when these reels came out, and I stored it in the back of my mind, Now I haven't used it yet but I have had enough 12/0 and Ocean Fishing Reels in my hands to know what the feel of A good reel is, it has more Fish Fighting Options than A Formula 1 Car, I am most definitely going to order another one, Capt.
