Disappointed with color and lack of parts

I was disappointed with the color, this item was yellow, not white as shown in picture. My might biggest disappointment that I was missing several pieces of hardware and could not put the item together. If all the hardware indicated on the instructions were included I might have kept this product due to the need even though I ordered it thinking it was white or off white.
