Chamberlain 5012538 1 by 2 Hp Smart MyQ Chain Drive Garage Door Opener

It took me at least 15 tries to connect the opener to my home network, after following on screen instructions and calling customer service I still had to figure it out for myself. I was going to hook it up to voice control it with siri and found out that you have to buy another $100 bridge for a feature that should be built into the opener. Thanks for nothing chamberlain wasted about 200 bucks for me, this is getting returned to the store and I am buying another opener.

Bought this item six months ago. When the sun hits the sensors the door will not close. Need to unlatch the door to close so no sun light will come in and then it work. Then have to reconnect. There are some times when there is little light coming in and it still won't work. Had a professional come look at it and switched the sensors and still didn't work. These sensor are too sensitive. I was emailed to purchase sun blockers, but why would i need to purchase these on faulty sensors.
