I went to one of these restaurants a friend asks you to try out, and I decided to have a plate of their pasta because it looked great, and I love pasta. The problem started when I tasted the pasta; Oh dear, it tasted like it was dipped in a bowl of sugar. I should have stopped there, but I kept going on, and that didn't exactly end well. For someone like me who is big on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and eating healthily, I didn't appreciate that at all. It made me realize that I have to censor what I eat, especially at dinner time. What we don't understand is the fact that a lot of sugar is hidden in our dinner and we don't even realize it. Most times, we eat dinners that turn into loads of sugar in our system, but we don't even notice either because we are too hungry to process the taste of the food or because we just don't have the time to censor what we eat. These large amounts of sugar, however, store up in the body and mess with our sugar levels and even our weight. With this cookbook, you can learn how to make delicious dinners that contain no sugar.
