NorthShore DoubleStop XL Male Guards offer excellent coverage for men with light leakage. For use in regular underwear, an adhesive strip holds the guard securely in place. The extra-large triangular shape provides protection where it is needed most. MicroSorb lining quickly wicks liquids away from the body to keep skin healthy. Leak guards prevent drips out the sides of the guard. The cloth-like backsheet is quiet and discreet. Guards are not flushable.
