My dog needs to take a quarter of a tiny little tablet per day and I hadn't been able to find any cutter that would cut a small pill into quarters but this pillow cutter is the best pill cutter I've ever used. Not Easy to Use

Once you put the pills in a row the tighter actually moves the pills which messes up the perforated cuts. If the perforated cuts are not lined up correctly, the entire pill into powder. A better design is needed and it was way expensive. Is this flimsy plastic junk.
