RO500-BN Inital Install
We were gifted the RO500-BN Tankless RO Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System. Finally a year after moving we tried to install the system. We had trouble getting it to work properly and Sean helped us. He responded to each question and finally was able to get us everything we needed to make it work. It is installed and working great. The water tastes great!

I got this about 2 weeks ago. Installation was easy (except for having to run power to the cabinet under the sink). The videos helped a lot. I had a number of questions and Sean provided answers, making my understanding of the system better. His responses were quick and helpful. Water quality is better than expected. No more hauling water jugs!
