I'm sure this movie has some Hollywood additions, but the basis of this movie is indeed true. Mrs. Winchester believed the death and destruction commited with the Winchester rifles her family manufactured would come back to haunt her and her family. All the grief in her life only increased her fears. Good movie and since Halloween is not that far off, go ahead and treat yourself!!
