Wish they had fit!

Have been looking for a pair of semi-dress navy pants for a while. Purchased in both 4x & 3x as I've lost weight. I think they are made for an apple shaped person and not a person w/heavy legs. They were tight in the calves but not in the thighs so I returned them.
