Love This Fiber
I have IBS. I do not like drugs and found that other doctors who heal with herbs were not working. I remember using this product when I was in my 20 but now at 72 had a hard time finding it. Thank you GNC for offering this wonderful product. I take 20 to 30 capsules a day and in the future many be able to take less. I believe in Praying and Fasting. Thanking God and Walking with Jesus. Taking GNC Natural Brand Psyllium Seed Husk.

Great Product
A friend of mine put me on this product and I love it. I've struggled all my life with a soft stool and a sudden, extremely strong urge to go to the bathroom. Since taking these, I couldn't tell you the last time I had to frantically find a bathroom. This product puts me in control!

I have been taking this product for years and freaked out when it was temporarily unavailable. Provides a convenient, gentle method of regular elimination, so vital to overall health. I have periodically tried other brands but always come back to GNC.
