It is not glass just to clarify. You have to attach the back hooks yourself along with the wire to hang it. If you dont want to do extra to hang something up I dont suggest it

HORRIBLE Build Quality

Whoever put this frame together did a TERRIBLE job. The mitered corners weren't even close to being lined up and there were huge gaps. I had to take the frame completely apart, glue it back together and fill in the gaps in the corners with wood filler and stain the filler to match.
