Indeed, I am tempted to enlarge his comparison, and assert that in all the two continents Of the Western Hemisphere there is no area Of equal extent that can approach Mexico in wealth of natural resources, variety Of climate, grandeur Of scenery, prehistoric ruins, and romantic history.
