great price, shipped and received as promised. it is hit or miss that I can find the starting point thread to load the bobbin. the ones that I get to load more of them stop working about half way. I have to load a new one. I went online to do a return and they didn't list under my item order list. if this item were fixed I would love to order from customer I have five embroidery machines and use alot of bobbins. the other company I used for years takes longer to ship and I usually order three cases at a time. customer service is good from this company so nothing bad to say other than the winding issues.
