Gymax Set of 4 Outdoor Acacia Wood Bar Stools Bar Height Patio Chairs w/ Backrests

When I received the first shipment one of the four chairs was broken. I b4elieve it was broken during shipping. There was a whole in the box. Chairs were were perfectly packed. I called customer service and they offered to pay for the chair. I declined because I needed 4 chairs. They sent me a set of two more chairs. I waited for the chairs but they didn't arrive. Customer service was still willing to work with me and I got daily updates. They were going to send another set of chairs and thank goodness we found them. They had been misplaced by office staff. I have never been treated so kindly and with so much professionalism. The chairs and customer service is top notch. The chairs are exactly as described, and they all match.
