Shame on You Walmart!

Hose reel would not hold a 100ft. hose. It is also cheaply made . I took it back to my local Simi Valley Walmart and they were pleasant butt refused to accept a return...They said I had to box it up and send it back...I boxed it up n went to UPS in Moorpark n They Quoted me $101.00 to send back a $59.00 hose reel... I emailed Walmart...No Response Shame on You Walmart!
