Great product for low back pain

Not sure how one would use this on shoulders. I wrap it around my waist when my lower back hurts. It's comfortable; velcro's in place. I often forget I have it on (until I try to get up!). I like the controller: individual controls for heat and time that you can increase/decrease without having to cycle all the way back around. Temp adjustable setting from 1-6. Time goes from 0 to a max of 6 hours, which is nice. Usually, I use it for 2-3 hrs and then I'm good! Nice product. I am very happy with this purchase.
