This really tastes like bread when it's toasted. It is almost the size of a regular loaf, too. It is pricy, but once I had used a loaf of it, making 'normal' sandwiches, it was impossible not to buy again. One loaf was pretty dried out, but another time it was really soft and fresh. Toasting improves it, either way.
