We absolutely need the booster. We place it inside my mom‘s overnight pull up. Since we've been using them, we have not had any leaks. I give the product five stars for absorbency and doing the job we bought them for, but I think they could be half the price. I don't know why everything you buy for seniors are two and three times the price they should be. The executives who want all the profit are gonna be seniors themselves one day. They need to price things, knowing that these cost really add up.
