I absolutely love this product! My mother had lost all of hair and was very ashamed %26 embarrassed to go out into public due to the looks she was getting so i shaved my hsir with her. I absolutely hated it/ the shaved head. Mom %26 I tried several types of hair growing remedy's %26 medications %26 nothing really worked. One day i found thos product at work and we tried it with geeat success %26 quickly seeing the results this stuff taste so good you really want to drink the entire bottle. This product really works but in my area it's now become extremely hard to find. I would definitely recommend.

Easy way to take care of Hair, Skin & Nails
The Spring Valley Biotin & Collagen liquid is easy to consume, and for the most part tastes like a berry mix. I place a dropperful under my tongue and sip some water afterwards. Not very sweet tasting, but not horrible by any means. With my age, my skin is beginning to show some wear - so collagen is necessary in my diet. I can use luster for my hair and nails too. Anything to help my body stay as youthful as possible as I age with grace. Try this, I'm sure you won't regret it.

Good for nails and skin
I used this to help my nails because they would split and flake around the tips. After only a few weeks of taking it most of them are much better. I do have a thumb nail I'm hoping if I use it longer it will strengthen. I haven't really noticed any difference in my hair but I have a little on my skin. I used to have to exfoliate a small patch around my chin once a week but since taking this I don't have to. The bottle is good sized and lasts for 2 months. I would recommend this for nail and skin improvements.
