Buyers beware

after reviewing this product and wanting to return for many reason we were told we need to contact seller which we did only to get no return on product. This is a third party seller and can not be returned to Walmart. The seller will decide if they will return the product. which they won't let us return it. The product states it a Serwall which it isn't its another brand and when i questioned it this is they reaponse. The logo is not Serwall because we are partner company,  we used the same one factory to product this umbrella. Our umbrellas were out of stock and it will take too much time to produce, so we purchased some from them.  And actually no one marked their product name on the box, we only mark the product code. That's the reason why you didn't see the words "heavy duty". You can search the umbrella on any website, most umbrella can't hit 44 lbs. This umbrella is definately heavy and duty. Many lessons learned with buying products online. Buyers just go to your local store and buy don't waste your money and time like we did. You will be stuck with a product you can't use or don't like. No return for us

poorly made materials

purchased ver first of this type. purchased base weights from the same company that are to retro fit. The weights plastic busted when putting pins in, umbrella tips over , weights dont go over top of base or secure the base. company has yet to respond or be professio al to send me better products. typical right.....
