Poor quality fabric

We bought this May of 2024, we used maybe a handful of times and it started ripping at the front of the tube. Continued to ride it and eventually within a few minutes, it completely shredded. I just wish there was a way to buy a replacement cover. The tube itself is still in perfect condition.
