One of my must have spices

I came across this spice blend while visiting family, and it has since been essential in my spice cabinet. It can be use anywhere you would use garlic, onion, salt, pepper. I use it for chicken, beef, lamb, fish, roasted veggies, rice, potatoes, sauces. Sometimes it's the only spice I use, but I often add other marinades or spices to meats and a little more heat to other stuff. I have even used it in my flour/cornmeal mix for a fishery. It can be hard to find, so I'm happy I was able to stock up for now.
