YES YES YES. BEST WORKOUT SHORTS

These shorts are unbelievable. I have a pair of the first play up shorts that game out and the upgrade is fantastic. I love the material, the pockets, the length, everything. These are by far my new favourite shorts for the gym as they give you enough room to squat deep without tugging on your thighs or bunching up in your groin area. I wear UAs compression shorts underneath for extra coverage during leg day as they are a loose fitting shirt. I will definitely be purchasing more! If there was ANY con I would give these shorts it would be that they don't have a drawstring. They fit my waist perfectly but others may not!

Pockets are amazing

I have probably 5 pairs of this style but without the pockets and just got my first pair with the pockets. The pockets are amazing. Not the greatest pocket but it does make a world of a difference. I love the colors too. Only complaint about these and the others I have is that the fabric snags easily.

5'3 1/2, 169 pounds

I found these shorts at a thrift store and when I tried them on I absolutely loved the fit and was completely surprised at how good they make me look, how soft and comfy they were and how they HAVE POCKETS! I bought the black and carolina blue shorts and they are my favorite to wear to the gym. They are so comfortable and make me feel confident when I'm wearing them. I also absolutely love the design of the Underarmour name printed on the waistband. I wear these shorts when I go to the gym to do weightlifting and cardio and have had no problems at all. I don't put much in the pockets like phones or keys because I know they are just gym shorts not a purse. If you are looking for shorts that will hold more than keys or phones don't buy these. I just like to rest my hands in the pockets. Love it. I am 5'3 1/2 to 5'4 and weigh 167lbs for reference.
