Yaaaaaas

So I have been wanting to include one of these into my workout equipment for some time. Not only is it an exercise go-to but it also helps blow off steam after a bad day or just to hit something ha ha ha. It definitely gets the blood pumping and gets me exciting to be interacting with reflex and get my workout in. I would recommend to people working out their arms, reflexes and anger issues.

Awesome

I was looking for a simple piece of workout equipment and this is great and fits really easily on my back porch. It took basically no time so assemble and was easy to set up. Make sure to fill the base with either water or sand to weight it down. Quick and easy way to get a workout in. And nice to take your frustrations out on too.

Durable and easy to assemble

I am impressed with this Venum Classic Reflex Boxing Bag. It came well packaged. The box included all the parts needed and assembly tools, which is very convenient I didn't need anything extra. There was a helpful and short assembly instructions. It took about 20 minutes for me to fully assemble the boxing bag. The bag's height can be adjusted as needed. I filled the hollow base with water, and it works well. The boxing is compact and has ergonomic design. The quality is good, the parts are durable. It is very nice addition to my home gym. I would definitely recommend this product for others.
