This lamp was packaged very well. The lwhite amp shade %26 black metal stand are exactly as shown. We put the lamp in a corner behind a sectiona couchl %26 placed the foot of the couch inside the open square base of the lamp. I would definitely try out this brand again.

Love this lamp! Looks quite expensive! Not flimsy at all. You have to pay close attention to the directions when assembling, thank goodness I had my grand daughter doing it!
