Damaged and incomplete order

When ordering this four pack of composition, notebooks, only one arrived in my shipment. When I reached out to customer service to see about sending the other three, they sent me my original tracking number as if I had received everything. The one notebook I received was dingy scuffed up and bent. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this item.
