Nice crispy coating and a pleasant flavor

This is a nice tasting, not to "hot", coating for w[ngs, cod, pork chops, etc. To make it super crispy, be sure roll the meat/fish in rice flour, corn starch, etc. to completely dry it before dipping and frying. The coating will stick better and be super crispy. I buy the 3 pack because I use it so often.
