This bird feeder is a piece of crap! Over priced and poorly engineered. I should have known when the description said it was plastic.. Flimsy design and the chain for hanging is all entangled in the plastic mesh and I cannot get it undone unless I cut the mesh which I am not going to do. Really disappointed.
