The Titan Telescoping Flagpole is warranted to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase by the original owner when it is employed in its intended use as a flagpole, and provided the number and size of flags does not exceed the maximum specifications as provided in this warranty. Flagpole Farm will replace the failed or damaged Titan Telescoping Flagpole parts without charge to you. More specific warranty language included in packaging.
