Disappointing and inconvenienced.

The price is great, the gauge is perfect, the width is ideal. Unfortunately it didnt come with the handles as seen in the photo and using would have been very difficult if not impossible since I needed it to wrap large bulky items for shipping. Sadly I had to return it. Still waiting for my refund. It's been 6 days since item was dropped off for a return.
