these pans are very l8ght weight and they heat up super fast. i got these because i am tired of the coated ones getting scratched and i have to throw them out. these are not coated. it tajes a lot less heat to cook in these pans , so energy savings. i like them alot. i have only had them about a week so not sure on longjevity. but with proper care and cooking i think they will last a while. at least i wont be eatting teflon now.

lids not tempered glass, a lid got dropped and the glass broke. the handles get extremely hot, ans the pans are pretty thin, for stainless steel I was expecting a better quality.
