Quick and healthy
My kids like this. Granted, pretty much any pasta or noodle ranks high with them. They like to add this to the canned Amy's soup that Sam's recently started carrying. We have also used it to make a vegetarian version of chicken noodle soup using tofu chunks, ginger, and porcini mushrooms. So yummy!

Healthier alternative from traditional Ramen
Not quite 4 stars but this is definitely healthier than traditional Ramen. I add frozen mixed veggies, a few medium shrimp and a pinch of chile pepper flakes to make it a spicier meal. No microwaveable instructions, just boil 2-cups of water, add the packet of noodles and miso powder then simmer 4 minutes. There's nothing in the listed ingredients with scientific names, just mostly organic natural products. Each packet makes 2 one cup servings = .68 cents each serving. I will probably buy these again. Definitely not as salty and about 25% less noodles than the other brands.

If you like rice noodles
This is like your average ramen where you heat your water and insert noodles BUT with better spices. It has nori in it and I just loved it except that I wasn't fond of the noodles. The noodles are very bland.
