love

I love this flour. I rarely see it anymore so I had to get it when I saw it. It's nice because I don't have to worry about consuming grains, it's just sweet potato. It has a very slight sweet potato taste on its own but it's not really noticeable when combined with other ingredients. I just use this for protein bars and mini mug cakes. I haven't tried substituting other flours in full recipes
