I bought these shoes for my uncle who is severely visually impaired. He loves them because they are easy on and easy off yet hug his feet so that he feels secure. Unlike a slide, there is a slight rise in the heel area which helps him know that his foot is fully in his shoe. Best shoe we have found for him to wear on a daily basis.
