Love the versatility of the treadmill. Im able to use it on a low setting and work productively and when need be I can kick it up a notch and get a good workout in. The speaker quality is slightly lacking but it definitely gets loud enough to pump the jams. I'm a tall person and it feels wide enough and sturdy enough to support me. Worth it!

20x49 Tread is good for all uses

I'm 5'10" at 168 lbs. I run at an 8 mph pace. I got this treadmill to use when the weather was bad . Regarding size, I had no issues running 5 miles at pace on the tread. The running tread was perfectly fine. I did not notice bad bounce while running - but this may be due to the simplicity of the console (its so small, there isn't much to shake). The speed range was perfect. The controls could use improving but acceptable given the price range. I did not like a single display that scrolled through values - I would have preferred to see time and distance separate. This unit does not have an incline - but easily fixed with something to permanently prop up the front. Again, fine for this price to not have it - I preferred the simplicity and light weight. My machine did develop an error within the first 30 days - the seller was very responsive and worked with me to resolution. IMHO this would be a perfect walker (wide and long tread). For running it suffices, but you might consider a heaftier unit.
