Pick a location free from shade and cover, then dig a hole in the ground to place the device. Start where pest damage is noted on the lawn and move outward out of yard area.

Insert the stake (bar) into the ground, make sure the top is above to the surface roughly 1 or 2 inches. Place soil around the unit, securing it in the earth.

Side the power button “ON/OFF” to the position of “ON”. It vibrates and emits sound every 30 seconds after it is installed and turned on.
