Make sure it works with your computer

This seems like a very nice, durable lock. The only problem I had is that I didn't check my laptop thoroughly before I bought the lock, so when I tried to put it in I found that my video port didn't have a place for the two screws-- making it useless. But if you have a hole for screws on either side of your video port, definitely buy.

A great theft deterrent tool.

This is a great theft deterrent. I actually prefer the older 3-digit one, which are noisier than the new 4-digit model. I use them at trade shows for overnight security on the booth and contents, as well as to protect valuables in hotel rooms.
