Offering excellent anti-oxidation, shear-stability, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, and anti-foam characteristics, Shell Spirax S4 TXM is a premium universal tractor transmission oil (UTTO) designed for use in transmission, differential, hydraulic, and oil-immersed brakes, as well as power takeoff systems in agricultural tractors and off-road equipment.
Spirax S4 TXM transmission and hydraulic oil is recognized by leading agricultural equipment manufacturers and suitable for use in most modern equipment.
Spirax S4 TXM provides enhanced protection with the use of the latest additive technology, leading to greater reliability and reduced down time. This helps to minimize cost and maximize utilization. The excellent low-temperature fluidity of Spirax S4 TXM results in responsive hydraulic performance and smooth gearshift performance — from cold starts to maximum operating temperatures.
Special friction-modifying additives are included in Spirax S4 TXM to ensure optimum performance of oil-immersed brakes while minimizing brake noise. Spirax S4 TX is recommended for most wet brake systems fitted to agricultural tractors and off-highway construction equipment.
