I really like this mushroom coffee, it gives me energy to work for 12 hours and in my job that's what I need because I often work 8 to 12 hour days. I've had a couple people in my department try it and they also agreed that it does give you a lot of energy without giving you that rush. My boss mixes it in with her coffee.. I drink instant decaf coffee and I only use a little half teaspoon of decaf coffee and a full teaspoon of the mushroom coffee. There are days I just drink the mushroom coffee by itself. It's a little bit expensive, but the energy gives me to get through. My day is awesome.!

I use about 2 inches of decaf coffee then I add my mushroom coffee to it and make my drink as normal and I have energy to work for 12 hours even without a break so this stuff has been great for me! As far as Taste, I really don't think it taste bad at all. I think there's very little taste to it, especially if you mix it with your coffee you can't taste it at all, but I don't think the taste of it as bad even if you don't add it to the coffee.!
