Literally twist and done. Even if you don't peel the potatoes, they will build up and you have to knock them out. But with issues with my hands this is a life saver! Easy to clean if you do it before it drys.

Fantastic Potato Ricer Great Price

First potato ricer I've ever owned, as I never bothered to rice my mashed potatoes. This exceeded my expectations- works great, beginner user friendly, straight-forward and easy to use, love the coloring of the product, love the price, shipping/handling was incredibly fast! I anticipated this to arrive a day before Christmas '25, but, it arrived pretty much the next day after I placed my order! Potatoes were definitely very smooth and texture was creamy (I do love chunky, but wanted to try out a creamier/smoother texture this time around, which lead me to choose this product over other competitors) I'm almost tempted to buy another one, and to even gift them to my friends as we all love to cook!
