CalmBiotic is a convenient one-a-day capsule that provides support for occasional stress by helping maintain the microbiome and the gut-brain axis. It also promotes immune health and normal gastrointestinal function in healthy people experiencing stress or nervousness from common life events (e.g. school, work). Enteric coating is not required for all probiotic strains. With regard to stomach acid resistance, not all strains are created equal. Natural Factors has carefully selected naturally acid-resistant strains so that they may be consumed at any time, with or without meals, and are safely delivered to the intestine unharmed. Our strains are tested for their viability in the stomach to ensure optimal absorption and efficacy.

Actually worked for me.
I have tried other pro/pre biotics but these ones actually work with my body they may not work with everyone but they are on the Canadian Board of Health or something like that list of approved biotics please forgive me I don't remember the exact agency. These worked within a few days and kept me happy and not wanting to die, my poo turned from black/dark brown to golden brown which tells me I am getting healthier as well as feeling happy. Please mind you this isn't going to be the same results for everyone but that is what happened to me and you really really should consult a doctor before taking anything and no this isn't medical advice its just my experience with these. I just know, that with my experience I would recommend taking these, but you need to find out if these are right for you from someone who knows what they are talking about and let them know that they are on the list for the Canadian government approved biotics one of the agency's anyways.
