My husband has Celiac and my kids love box mix blueberry muffins. These muffins are so easy and DELICIOUS. I am not kidding when I say they are loved by all of us! Great flavor and texture. Easy and quick to whip up. Couldn't ask for anything better.

These are my favorite boxed gluten free muffins. A lot of gluen free bread products dissolve and are not very good at holding their shape. But these muffins are actually really excellent for it. My favorite thing to do is pair them with some vanilla pudding. I'll rip off a small bite-sized piece of the muffin and dip it into the vanilla pudding to eat together and the 2 flavors and textures combined is so yummy. They're obviously great on their own by themselves as well. It's such like a comforting, like heartwarming treat to cheer oneself up to make, and it's so good. Especially after they're still warm out of the oven after they've had a little bit of time to cool. These don't taste like gross Gluten Free food does sometimes. So, if you have celiac disease, like I do, these ones are really tasty and I definitely recommend. I will always have a box of these on hand ready to make as a pick me up when I need one, because they always cheer me up and they just taste so great and comforting. They are really easy to make. The instructions are super easy to follow. Pick up a box and try them yourself ☺️
